About the role
We are looking for a Data Analytics Consultant who possesses a solid understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance along with strong analytical capabilities.
This role will focus on enhancing claims analytics, creating benchmarking solutions, and developing predictive models and data products utilizing Databricks and contemporary cloud analytics platforms.

What you'll do- Create and implement analytics solutions for claims and benchmarking.
- Construct and manage data models using Databricks.
- Evaluate insurance datasets to derive insights and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics requirements and deliver impactful results.
- A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, specifically within the P&C Insurance sector.
- Proficiency in using Databricks for data modeling and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on claims analytics and benchmarking.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with predictive modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of additional analytics tools and platforms.
