Excel Sweeping & Property Maintenance is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Night Shift Street Sweeper Operators/Laborers. We service commercial properties throughout Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas.
This position involves operating a commercial street sweeper and using a backpack leaf blower to clean parking lots, curb lines, sidewalks, and other exterior areas. No experience is required—we will provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities-Safely operate a commercial street sweeper.
-Use a backpack leaf blower to clean corners, curbs, and hard-to-reach areas.
-Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
-Keep assigned properties clean and presentable.
-Follow safety procedures and company policies.
-Maintain a professional attitude while representing the company.
Qualifications-Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than one moving violation).
-Reliable transportation to and from work.
-Familiarity with Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas is preferred.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Dependable, punctual, and motivated.
-Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Additional Information- Position: Full-Time
- Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:00 AM)
- Experience Required: No (Paid training provided)
- CDL Required: No
