Driver - Parking Lot Sweeping - NO CDL

Excel Sweeping & Property Maintenance is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Night Shift Street Sweeper Operators/Laborers. We service commercial properties throughout Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas.

This position involves operating a commercial street sweeper and using a backpack leaf blower to clean parking lots, curb lines, sidewalks, and other exterior areas. No experience is required—we will provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.

• Safely operate a commercial street sweeper.
• Use a backpack leaf blower to clean corners, curbs, and hard-to-reach areas.
• Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
• Keep assigned properties clean and presentable.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a professional attitude while representing the company.

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than one moving violation).
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Familiarity with Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
