Packaging Team Leader - Night Shift

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of education, experience, and skills that enable them to excel in this position. The following qualifications outline what we’re looking for, including both required and preferred criteria:

Education & Experience:

* HS diploma or equivalent   

* 2-3 years' experience leading shift teams in a manufacturing or related field (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

* Ability to lead and motivate others to meet business demands   

* In depth understanding of and commitment to established values and strategy    

* Basic understanding of computers   

* Mechanically inclined   

* Good oral and written communication skills    

* Basic math skills    

* Ability to resolve conflicts effectively   

* Ability to perform root cause analysis/problem solving
