Position Responsibilities
- Performs composite lay‑up, fabrication and assembly tasks
- Composite bagging and forming
- Composite drilling and bonding
- Tooling preparation
- Machine set up and operation
- Overhead crane operation
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting
- Level B: 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5‑S tools)
- Experience managing or working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data
Shift: Variable shift (Shift 1 or 2, determined after interview; shift preference granted to teammates based on seniority)
Location: West Jordan, Utah
Compensation: Entry‑Level (Level
A): $44,100 – $53,900;
Associate (Level
B): $52,200 – $63,800
