** Composite Fabrication Machine Operators (Entry-level or Associate)
** to support the  
** Composite Fabrication Team
** based in  
** West Jordan, Utah.
** The position is for

** will be determined after interview. Shift preference is granted to teammates based on their seniority.

* Position Responsibilities:

*
* + Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks

+ Composite bagging and forming

+ Composite drilling and bonding

+ Tooling preparation

+ Machine set up and operation

+ Overhead crane operation

** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):*
* + Experience in manufacturing environment

+ Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation

+ Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

+ Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting

** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):*
* +  
** Level B:
** 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+

Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5-S tools)

+ Experience managing or working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Entry-Level (Level

A): $44,

Summary pay range for Associate (Level

B): $52,200 - $63,800
