Full‑time, on‑site, early morning shift (4–6 am) on any day including Sundays.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks such as grasp, lift, move, place, and stack items related to bread production.
• Identify, count, sort, and visually inspect bakery items.
• Accurately record product analysis data or counts per SQF Food Safety Procedures.
• Maintain workflow from production conveyors.
• Work safely at all times.
• Support Franz Core Values.

Job Requirements:

• Shift & hours:
  Monday through Sunday, early morning (4–6 am); may work any shift and shift changes based on need. Must be able to work Sundays.
• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Standing and heavy lifting required for entire shift.
• Previous experience in a commercial bakery or similar production‑line environment preferred; other industrial manufacturing experience may substitute.
• Ability to work in a high‑temperature environment with heavy machinery.
• Quick learning and flexibility to perform various tasks as needed.
• Must be able to work any day, including holidays.
• Reliable attendance to meet 24/7 production facility standards.
• Legally able to work in the U.S.; E‑Verify required.
