Job Summary

Location:

West Jordan, UT – Tera North Building.
Position Type:
Full Time – General Assembly & Packaging Technician. The primary focus of this role is to assemble and package varied parts, including hardware, steering components, and lift kits, so they are ready for transport to the shipping department.

• Pull, assemble, and package parts in accordance with specified work orders, ensuring each component is handled correctly to protect quality during transit.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts by picking items precisely and promptly flagging any discrepancies to prevent shipping delays.
• Complete and verify all required paperwork and documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal standards.
• Adhere strictly to safe work practices, operating forklifts and hydraulic presses in a manner that safeguards personal safety and protects equipment.
• Perform additional related duties as directed by management to support overall operational efficiency.
• Consistently meet production goals set by management, demonstrating reliability and consistency under varying workload conditions.
• Volunteer for overtime, weekend, or holiday shifts when necessary to meet operational demands.

• Work may involve walking on occasionally slippery or uneven surfaces, requiring careful navigation.
• Occasional ladder or elevated surface work is required; proper safety gear must be worn at all times.
• Loud ambient noise is common; eye/ear protection should be used as specified by the company.

• Entry‑level position: no prior experience required, but an ability to learn quickly and follow step‑by‑step instructions is essential.

• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to resolve unexpected issues while maintaining production flow.
