Encapsulation Team Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Encapsulation Team Lead to oversee daily encapsulation operations while maintaining high sanitation standards, ensuring product quality, promoting a safe work environment, and supporting efficient production workflow through strong leadership and scheduling coordination.

• Lead and oversee daily operations within the encapsulation department
• Ensure production goals and daily output targets are met efficiently
• Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout the production area
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company quality standards
• Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures and guidelines
• Coordinate team schedules and assist with workflow planning to maximize efficiency
• Train, support, and guide team members on proper procedures and best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and elevate concerns when necessary
• Ensure proper documentation and production records are completed accurately
• Work closely with management and other departments to maintain smooth operations

• Tier 2 Operator experience in Encapsulation required
• Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

• 2+ Years in Encapsulation roles

Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
