Franz Family Bakery is hiring an experienced Baking Production Foreman for its West Jordan, UT facility. You will oversee production lines for pastries and baked goods, directing shifts to meet quality and schedule targets while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
The role requires at least two years of team leadership in production, bakery experience, and proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook. English is essential;
Spanish is a plus.
