As one of the personalities of Modern+Chic, you'll help bring our brand to life every day through content and live selling. Your responsibilities will include:

• Host engaging Tik Tok Shop and social media Live shopping events
• Become a recognizable face of the Modern+Chic community
• Create short-form videos for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
• Brainstorm and film creative, entertaining, and trend-driven content
• Showcase handbags, accessories, styling ideas, and new product launches
• Help customers discover products through storytelling rather than simply selling
• Participate in content planning, campaign brainstorming, and product launches
• Stay on top of social media trends, sounds, memes, and viral formats
• Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams
• Engage with our amazing customer community both on and off camera

• Has a magnetic personality and loves connecting with people
• Feels comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods
• Has natural confidence and high energy
• Loves Tik Tok, Instagram, and social media
• Understands current trends and enjoys creating content
• Is creative and constantly thinking of new ideas
• Is dependable, positive, and coachable

• Loves fashion, handbags, accessories, or lifestyle brands
• Wants to grow with a fast-growing company

• Have experience with Tik Tok Shop or live selling
• Have created UGC or influencer content
• Have built a personal social following
• Enjoy Book Tok, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or creator communities

• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Comfortable using Cap Cut, Canva, or similar editing tools
• Basic photography and video skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and experiment

This position starts part-time with an estimated 20-30 hours weekly. Availability should include Monday-Friday during normal business hours. We can create a flexible but consistent schedule.
