We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide in‑home healthcare services for veterans in Utah. This full‑time/part‑time/PRN position offers flexible scheduling so you can attend school, volunteer, travel, or spend time with family and friends.
Responsibilities- Deliver one‑on‑one nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families and team members.
- Promote personal safety and maintain a safe environment.
- Follow agency policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Graduate of a state‑approved professional nursing school.
- Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in Utah (or applicable state of practice).
- Current CPR certification and TB test.
- New graduates welcome; training provided.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts (pretax).
Standard rate: $29.00 – $31.50 per hour.
