Copper Hills Youth Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing. The role oversees infection control, equipment surveillance, resident and employee health education, medical records and quality assurance to ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state standards.
The incumbent will monitor nursing documentation, coordinate employee schedules, and assist with resident and staff vaccinations. The position may require floor nursing duties and on-call every other week for emergencies.
