Crew Member, Outdoor​/Nature​/Animal Care

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This role involves maintaining residential and commercial properties through mowing, trimming, edging, tree and shrub care, and general landscape maintenance. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and can handle physical labor, this could be a great fit.

• Mow lawns using push mowers, riding mowers, and zero-turn mowers
• Trim and edge grass around sidewalks, driveways, fences, and landscaping
• Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and bushes as needed
• Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from properties
• Apply mulch, seed, and basic lawn treatments when required
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and properly
• Load and unload equipment and materials from company vehicles
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all job sites
• Communicate with crew leaders and team members to complete jobs efficiently

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment or willingness to learn
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain)
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

Must have transportation to and from shop (West Jordan). A truck will be provided to you during work hours. A uniform is required to be worn at all times while on the clock (provided). May be asked to do a drug test. DRUG FREE IS REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS!
