Non‑Destructive Test Quality Test Specialist – Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)

West Jordan, Utah

We are seeking an experienced NDT Quality Test Specialist with a NAS 410 or equivalent Level

II certification in Ultrasound to join our Composite Fabrication team. The successful candidate will develop, conduct and improve NDT techniques, analyze data and documents, and communicate recommendations to management.

• Setup specialized non‑destructive test or measurement equipment
• Develop procedures and processes for NDT
• Perform tests or inspections and collect data
• Document, analyze and communicate results, and assist with corrective action recommendations
• Provide communication on adverse trends
• Maintain responsibility for non‑destructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products
• Conduct certification preparation training

• NAS 410 or equivalent Level
  
  II or higher certification in Ultrasound method

• Level3 – 3+ years of higher education and/or related work experience
• 1+ years working with automated NDT inspection equipment
• 1+ years of experience in Eddy Current (ET) and Dye Penetrant (PT)
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• 1+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining
• Experience working under pressure in a fast‑paced role with strict deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and in team environments

• Pay Range
  :
  Level2 – $57,800 – $78,200;
  Level3 – $68,000 – $92,000
