Our client is a leading multinational engineering services provider and general contractor who employ over 2,000 and deliver leading-edge construction solutions across a range of key sectors including Data Centres, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Technology, Fire protection, Building Services, and Technical Support Services. They are currently looking for QA/QC Managers to join them on a Data Centre Project in Finland, as well as in other locations across Europe such as Germany.
YouWill Be Responsible For:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Management Plan in alignment with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Lead the preparation, review, and approval of quality documentation including inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures.
- Manage and coordinate all quality assurance and quality control activities across the project, ensuring construction works meet contractual specifications and industry standards.
- Supervise quality inspections and testing on site, liaising with engineers, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors to verify compliance and resolve non-conformities.
- Conduct regular quality audits across all work packages, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
- Maintain quality records and documentation to ensure full traceability and support project handover, including test reports, certifications, as-builts, and O&M manuals.
- Provide training, guidance, and leadership to project staff and subcontractors to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Interface with the client and their representatives on all quality matters, ensuring expectations are met and that any issues are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.
- A Professional Qualification in Construction / Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years experience on large scale projects, working for a tier 1 contractor.
- An EU passport is required for this role.
- Data Centre Experience is not required but highly desirable.
