Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Quality Test Specialist – West Jordan, Utah
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an NDT Quality Test Specialist with NAS 410 or equivalent Level II certification in Ultrasound to join our Composite Fabrication team.
The successful candidate will develop, conduct, improve, and correct non‑destructive inspection techniques, analyze data, and communicate recommendations to management.
Position Responsibilities- Performs setup for specialized non‑destructive test or measurement equipment.
- Develops procedures and processes.
- Performs tests or inspections and collects data.
- Documents, analyzes, and communicates results and assists with corrective action recommendations.
- Provides communication on adverse trends.
- Maintains responsibility of non‑destructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products.
- Conducts certification preparation training.
- NAS 410 or equivalent Level II or higher certification in Ultrasound method.
- Level 3 – 3+ years of higher education and/or related work experience (college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.).
- Level 4 – 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience (college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.).
- 1+ years working with Automated NDT inspection equipment.
- 1+ years of experience in Eddy Current (ET) and Dye Penetrant (PT).
- 1+ years with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- 1+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining.
- Experience working under pressure in a fast‑paced role with strict deadlines.
- Experience working both independently and in team environments.
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

RelocationThis position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Pay Range- Level 2: $57,800 – $78,200
- Level 3: $68,000 – $92,000
- Level 4: $79,900 – $108,100
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a ‘U.S. Person’ as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. ‘U.S. Person’ includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
