Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Responsibilities- Maintain area of responsibility in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
- Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and locating merchandise.
- Provide member service in the self-checkout area by resolving member issues and concerns, promoting Sam's Club products and services, guiding members on self-service technology, processing member purchases, and assisting with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies for different membership and payment types.
- Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity, maintaining paperwork logs and documentation, executing emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices.
- Assist with the training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes and procedures, teaching new technology and tool functionality, delivering program rollout training, and providing continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying them to business processes and practices.
- Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; and seek opportunities for improvement while adapting to change.
