Pay Range:
Minimum $18.15 per hour
Process items to be listed for sale by accurately determining their value or collectible interest. Assist in pulling items for the shipping department by picking from the daily pick list for Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Meet or exceed daily production goals.
- Safeguard all GSFB property including donated goods and report any suspicious behavior, theft, or unauthorized possession.
- Communicate with Manager or Assistant Manager on issues requiring solutions beyond standard protocol.
- Immediately advise supervisor of significant and unexpected problems and communicate needs with other team members.
- Build and maintain effective quality working relationships with internal customers; promote teamwork and cooperation.
- Maintain inventory of jewelry on hand for shipment.
- Move containers of collectibles using pallet jack when required; unload and place on shelves or in appropriate staging area.
- Handle fragile items with care to avoid damage or breakage.
- Keep shipping area stocked with boxes and other packing items.
- Retain high degree of product knowledge.
- Maintain work area in a safe, clean, and orderly manner; clean at end of each day following safety rules.
- Maintain regular and consistent in-person attendance.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service skills with effective written and verbal communication.
- Strong internet navigation skills.
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
