Job Overview

Meat / Produce associates focus on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They rotate product, maintain proper food safety standards, move incoming merchandise to the sales floor, and ensure displays remain in proper order throughout the day.

Hourly wages range from $17 - $33 per hour
. The actual rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

In addition to hourly wages, associates may receive performance incentives on an annual or quarterly basis. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if the criteria are met.
