Backcountry is seeking a Seasonal Retail Gearhead to join our store team during the holiday season. You will greet customers, provide product guidance, and process sales while maintaining an organized selling floor. The role requires enthusiasm for outdoor gear and a strong focus on service.
Ideal candidates have high school completion, prior retail experience, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings through November–February. Knowledge of outdoor sports is a plus.
