Business Development Representative “ Fiber Internet Sales (Commission Only)

Compensation: 100% Commission “ First-Year Earnings Potential: $100,000+

Position Overview:

We are seeking ambitious, self‑motivated Business Development Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving residential sales of fiber internet services through direct, face‑to‑face outreach. This is a commission‑only position with first‑year earning potential exceeding $100,000 for top performers.

This is not a desk job. You will travel to assigned territories, engage with potential customers at their homes, and help them upgrade to high‑speed fiber internet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct door‑to‑door sales in residential neighborhoods to promote and sell fiber internet services.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and educate them on the benefits of switching to fiber internet.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals.
  • Travel to assigned markets overnight and weekly travel is required.
  • Represent Relentless Sales Pros and our partners with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Accurately track leads, sales, and customer information.
