Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Answer dozens of inbound calls each day to educate prospective clients and sell services
• Generate sales and client conversion through lead follow-up
• Become knowledgeable and versed in details of all services to best educate and offer each client the services they need
• Meet or exceed quarterly conversion and sales goals
• Research accounts, generate interest, and close sales
• Maintain and expand client database
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined and established by the company
• Verify client information and enter it into the company database with accuracy
• Check and respond to all tasks, calls, and emails
• Complete required quota of inbound and outbound calls daily
• Generate required quota of personally generated leads
• Maintain clean and professional work area
• Dress professionally as outlined in the employee manual
• Other duties as assigned

• One year minimum work experience in a sales-related environment
• Proven successful sales experience and ability to meet goals
• Natural desire to sell and exceed goals
• Strong phone presence and experience
• Experience working with  or similar CRM preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency to business and customer needs
• Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, and use of the Internet
• Required to be punctual, responsible, ethical, and a team player
