Proactively managing client communication and onboarding, the full-time Account Manager - Customer Success will handle CRM updates, sales support, and day-to-day account coordination in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client communication and build strong relationships with assigned accounts
- Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth handover from sales to operations
- Track client activity, follow-ups, and account updates in CRM
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales support
- Experience using CRM tools and Google Workspace or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks in an organized manner
- Basic understanding of sales pipelines and client onboarding processes
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
