As a Key Account Manager
, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, focusing on retention, revenue expansion, and long‑term value creation. You’ll lead the ongoing commercial relationship post‑sale, partnering with internal teams and customer stakeholders to drive profitability, optimize account performance, and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Own and manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring continuity and a strong customer experience
- Drive revenue retention and growth through account planning, upselling, and cross‑selling opportunities
- Lead business reviews and strategic discussions to identify risks and expansion opportunities
- Negotiate renewals, pricing strategies, and contract terms with a focus on profitability
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that improve customer outcomes and operational performance
- 7+ years of experience managing and growing customer accounts in a sales or account management role
- Demonstrated success in retaining and expanding strategic client relationships
- Experience in parcel, eCommerce, or logistics industries
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and pricing with a focus on business outcomes
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Salary Range: $94,575 – $125,000 + commission
