Utah (Homebase work + 50% Travel required at UT, CA and AZ)
Duration:
Permanent Role (Base Salary + Benefits + Incentives at 20% of base salary)
This role is responsible for driving sales and commercial growth within the assigned territory by managing and expanding the customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring price realization and collections. The role works closely with customers through regular visits, market research, and customized solution development, while maintaining accurate CRM documentation, forecasts, and MIS reports. Additionally, it supports strategic planning through annual budgets and contributes innovative ideas to strengthen market presence.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across the assigned West Coast territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with nutraceutical customers while expanding the customer base.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through prospecting and market research.
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide tailored product solutions.
- Manage pricing, negotiations, forecasting, CRM updates, and sales reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, quality, customer service, and operations) to ensure excellent customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business growth.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain high customer retention and repeat business.
- Travel extensively (50%+) within the assigned territory to meet customers and drive sales.
Requirements:
- 5+ years B2B sales with prior experience in Nutra industry.
- Having a strong network in the Nutra industry.
