Position:
Business Development Executive

Dental A Team is a highly respected consulting firm for elite dental practices nationwide. Our services increase practice profitability and revenue by 30% within 90 days. We partner with dentists on business and leadership coaching and elevate the entire team with training.
Responsibilities- Own the full‑cycle sales process from initial conversation to closing and onboarding.
- Convert warm inbound leads while prospecting new opportunities.
- Run strategy calls with prospective clients to understand pain points and chart a path forward.
- Attend external events monthly to build relationships that generate leads.
- Maintain a structured pipeline, track performance metrics, and forecast accurately.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership and consulting teams to support client success.
- Refine and improve sales systems as the company scales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build trusted relationships with practice owners and leadership teams.
- 3–5 years of B2B professional services sales experience.
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and comfort selling high‑value services.
- Track record of building trust quickly with clients.
- Resilience, persistence, and self‑direction without constant instruction.
- Comfort with metrics, pipelines, and accountability.
- Organizational and process discipline; collaborative mindset with internal teams.
- Dental consulting or coaching experience.
- B2B professional services sales and strategic account management.
- High‑performing consultative sales experience (e.g., real estate, wealth management).
- Experience in the dental industry or similar professional services sales is preferred.
Base Salary: $80,000
On‑Target Earnings: $115k–$140k at 100% quota, 60/40 pay mix, uncapped commission.
Clear, no‑nonsense quotas.
