About the RoleKey Account Manager – Enterprise. You will manage a portfolio of large enterprise ranching businesses, from pilot stage to full‑scale integration with Halter technology, driving success and growth within these accounts.
Frequent travel is required.
What Your Day Could Look Like
- Enterprise Customer Success – embed Halter into daily operations, surface impact, influence retention, expansion and long‑term growth.
- Strategic Account Management – full ownership of key accounts, building trusted relationships with operational leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Executive & Board Engagement – work directly with senior leaders, boards and multi‑entity decision‑makers, supporting expansion conversations and renewal negotiations.
- Influencer & Network Management – build relationships with rural professionals, consultants and industry influencers.
- Enterprise Growth Strategy – collaborate with Business Development and Sales, drive territory expansion, identify new revenue streams.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership – champion accounts internally with product, support and sales teams.
- Forecasting & Planning – contribute to revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
- Scalable Growth Initiatives – help evolve support and grow largest customers, build scalable playbooks.
- Enterprise experience – managed large, complex accounts and driven growth.
- Industry fluency – real experience in ranching systems, customer‑first mindset.
- Strong commercial instincts – find value, expand accounts, deliver results.

Compensation Range: $110K - $140K
