Technical Service Representative – Packaging Equipment – West Coast Territory - Lako

Are you a maintenance technician, field service technician, packaging mechanic, or reliability professional looking to leverage your technical expertise in a customer-facing role?

Territory: Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona

In this role, you’ll partner closely with customers to understand their business needs and deliver tailored packaging solutions that drive performance and growth.

What you’ll do:

• Generate new business through outreach, networking, and customer visits
• Build strong relationships with distributors and end users
• Develop and present customized technical and commercial solutions
• Partner with engineering and service teams to deliver best-in-class results
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for packaging equipment

What you bring:

• 2–5 years of experience in packaging machinery, technical sales, or support
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage customer relationships and a sales pipeline independently
• Willingness to travel (~50%)

Compensation:

• Base: $55K–$70K
• Commission: $15K–$50K
