Location:

West Jordan, Utah

Position:
Full-time, base salary + uncapped commission

Training: 30 days of hands-on coaching + 30 days of growth support

• Work with warm and qualified leads
• Sell, quote, and issue policies with professionalism and heart.
• Communicate with clients via calls, texts, and emails.
• Deliver a VIP customer experience every time.
• Manage client requests and build long-term relationships.

• Have that natural sales spark (charisma + confidence + drive).
• Are goal-crushing, organized, and motivated by results.
• Communicate clearly both in writing and conversation.
• Can handle a busy day with tech tools and multiple tabs.
• Are looking for a career path, not just a paycheck.
• (Bonus) Already hold an insurance license in Utah, but if not, well help you get there!

• What Youll Be Doing:
• Closing deals with leads that are already warmed up by our amazing lead specialists (yep, no cold calling marathons here).
• Selling, quoting, and issuing policies like a seasoned pro.
• Communicating with clients through calls, texts, and emails.
• Providing top-notch customer service that leaves people smiling.
• Managing client requests and making sure every customer feels like a VIP.

• You're Perfect for This If:

• You're organized, goal-driven, and love chasing down a win.
• You're an excellent communicator both written and spoken.
• You're tech-savvy and can handle a few tabs open at once without breaking a sweat.

• Insurance license in Utah (Property, Casualty, or Life) is a huge plus but not required. Well help you get licensed!
