Position Overview

We are currently hiring an Automotive Sales Representative in Spanish Fork, UT. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by sales and performance-based earnings.

You will play a key role in guiding customers through tire and service recommendations, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience from check-in to service completion
• Recommend and sell tires, maintenance services, and repairs based on customer needs
• Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and warranties
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding service recommendations
• Assist with inventory, showroom organization, and store appearance
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
