Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel entering the facility in accordance with site access procedures;
Verify identification, visitor authorizations, and delivery documentation, and maintain accurate access and screening records;
Monitor incoming and outgoing traffic at designated entry points and report unusual activity, access concerns, and policy violations to site leadership;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter as assigned;
Provide customer service to clients and support site operations
