Experienced Welder

We are hiring an experienced Welder with strong skills in handrail pipe and structural welding. This position requires proficiency in stick welding processes (MIG occasionally) and the ability to work at multiple job sites. The right candidate will be dependable, safety-minded, and capable of both welding and installing structural components. Must travel when projects require.

• Perform quality handrail pipe and structural welds according to project specifications
• Install and weld structural materials including: ledger angles, bridging, beam connections, stair stringers, and railings
• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Follow and maintain safe work practices at all times
• Travel to job sites as scheduled
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and in good working order

• Must pass pre-employment weld test
• Minimum 3 years verifiable welding experience (required)
• Proficient in handrail pipe and structural welding
• Experience with stick required
• Must have own welding gear and basic hand tools (we provide harness, lanyard, hardhat, and vest)
• Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites
• Must be willing to travel out of town/out of state as needed, this includes out of country
• Must speak and understand English clearly
• Able to read blueprints and welding symbols (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
