Starting Pay
: $26-32/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.

Your Impact

• Review job specifications to ensure all materials and equipment are prepared and loaded
• Lead and support crew members throughout job installation
• Evaluate job site conditions and make necessary adjustments
• Actively participate in installations to keep projects on track and on schedule
• Troubleshoot challenges in real time and ensure quality workmanship
• Maintain job site safety and enforce company standards
• Complete and submit accurate job paperwork and documentation

What You Provide

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to lift, kneel, crawl, and perform physical labor daily
• Willingness to travel as needed (travel is planned in advance)
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
• A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Experience in construction, foundation repair, or related trades preferred
