Service Technician

Royce Industries L.C. is looking for an experienced technician to join our team.

• Performs troubleshooting and repair of pressure washers, parts washers, small engines, high-pressure pumps, and water heating systems in a shop and on service calls.
• Prepares estimates on service repairs and obtains customers’ approvals for repairs.
• Completes description of work performed on each service ticket.
• Maintains clean shop areas.
• Performs deliveries and pickups.
• Conducts any other jobs and duties as requested by management or their representative.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of related experience in a service shop, though not required; a desire to learn will be trained.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organizations.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Current driver’s license, good driving record, and insurable.
• Driving and background check required for all applicants.
• Must be available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The employee must stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk, and hear while performing the duties of this job. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
