Equipment Mechanic – Carson City, Nevada

Wasatch Electric is interviewing candidates for an Equipment Mechanic to assist with the repair and maintenance of heavy construction equipment and vehicles at the Carson City, Nevada location. Must be able to travel and be familiar with all types of construction equipment.

Responsible for assisting with the repair and maintenance of diesel and gasoline powered heavy equipment and vehicles.

• High School Diploma
• Demonstrates mechanic skills/experience-specific to heavy equipment
• Basic hydraulics, electrical and welding skills
• Dependable work schedule shift
• Good driving record, ability to pass DOT medical exam
• CDL License preferred
• Knowledge of electric over hydraulic systems
• Welding capabilities
