As a Skilled Laborer, you'll support a variety of construction, facility, and site operations projects while working alongside experienced tradespeople and industry professionals. • Perform general construction, maintenance, and labor tasks across the site.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with building, repair, installation, and site improvement projects.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Support concrete, carpentry, fencing, grading, and other site development activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and participate in required safety training.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, tradespeople, contractors, and other team members.
• Assist with facility upkeep, equipment maintenance, and general site support as needed.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Previous experience in construction, maintenance, landscaping, or a skilled trade.
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, forklifts, or other construction machinery.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, concrete work, welding, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical repairs.
• OSHA or other safety training certifications.
• Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments.
• Ability to read basic drawings, plans, or work instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team attitude.
