Mountain DAS Technician

Anchor Com LLC is hiring a DAS Technician for our Mountain Region (UT/MT base). This role is ideal for technicians with RF or low-voltage experience who want to grow their career in the telecom industry by working on high-profile DAS projects.

Install distributed antenna system components including antennas, remote units, and headend equipment

Pull, route, and terminate coaxial, fiber optic, and CAT-rated cabling

Perform PIM testing, sweep testing, and signal-level verification

Read and follow RF design plans, construction drawings, and scope-of-work documents

Maintain clean and organized job sites in compliance with safety standards

Document daily work activities, materials used, and test results

Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and client representatives

Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field

1+ year of DAS, low-voltage, or RF installation experience

Familiarity with Comm Scope, Corning, JMA, or SOLiD DAS platforms

Experience with coaxial and fiber optic termination and testing

OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification (or willingness to obtain)

Basic understanding of RF principles and signal propagation

Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift 50+ lbs
• Willingness to travel within the Mountain Region as needed
• Must pass background check and drug screening
