Avanti Residential is seeking a Service Technician in West Jordan, UT to maintain the property's interior and exterior. You will prepare units for move-ins, perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs, inspect units, and keep logs updated.
You will respond to after-hours emergencies and contribute to grounds maintenance as needed. A high school diploma and 1+ year of experience are expected; OSHA/EPA/CPO certifications are preferred, with a valid driver’s license required.
