NOW HIRING: JOURNEYMAN STRUCTURAL IRONWORKERS / WELDERS

We are actively hiring experienced structural ironworkers/welders who can produce clean, high-quality welds and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

• Execute precision handrail pipe & structural welds to project specifications
• Fabricate, install and weld:
  structural materials including: ledger angles, bridging, beam connections, stair stringers, and railings
• Set up and operate welding equipment independently
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and callouts
• Follow and maintain strict safety practices at all times
• Travel and perform in high-demand, deadline-driven environments
• Maintain equipment in proper working condition

• Minimum 3 years verifiable welding experience (
  REQUIRED
  )
• Must pass pre-employment weld test
• Proficient in handrail pipe and structural welding
• Stick welding experience REQUIRED
• Must have own welding gear + hand tools (we provide harness, lanyard, hardhat, and vest)
• Reliable transportation to various job sites
• Must be willing to travel as needed (out of town, out of state, and occasional international work)
• Must speak and understand English clearly
• Ability to read blueprints & welding symbols (preferred)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Understand weld callouts
