About the RoleWe’re looking for experienced Excavation Technicians who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty. This role involves more than operating equipment—you’ll be in the trenches working on sewer laterals, main water lines, and other essential services. Our team thrives on solving problems and needs people who take pride in doing the job right the first time.

- Dig trenches and excavate by hand or with equipment, as needed.
- Install and repair sewer laterals, main water lines, and stop‑and‑waste systems.
- Utilize and maintain tools like cameras, missiles, and liners.
- Read and follow job plans and specifications.
- Perform routine equipment checks and request necessary repairs.
- Work in confined spaces and adapt to physical demands as the job requires.
- Familiarity with sewer laterals, water mains, and excavation techniques.
- Knowledge of tools like sewer cameras, missile/mole, and lining equipment.
- Ability to dig and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CDL license preferred but not required.
- Service plumbing experience is a plus.
- Comfortable with digging, kneeling, crouching, and working in trenches.
- Capable of lifting and carrying heavy materials.
- Strong hand‑eye coordination and balance.
