Mechanic - Powersports, UTV, SXS

JKL Offroad is growing! We are looking for a highly motivated mechanic to work in the fast-paced powersports industry and continue to grow our small business. If you have a passion for working on UTVs or ATV's, we would love to hear from you!

This is a flat rate position. This means that mechanics are paid on billable hours only.

• Installing parts
• General maintenance and cleaning
• Rebuilding Carburetors
• Servicing machines, including changing oil, coolant, differential fluids, checking batteries
• Changing tires
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Motor rebuilds
• Providing great customer service
• Mechanics will need a basic set of tools and will have access to specific shop tools when needed. You will be supplied your own station with a computer.

• High School Education
• Additional training or education, including small engine repair courses is preferred
• 2-3 years experience working on powersports equipment in a shop
• Basic computer experience, including typing, responding to emails, etc.
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• 1 year of Customer Service Experience
• Self-starter
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong ability to pay attention to detail
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
