Skilled Wood Framer (Experienced) Join Golder Inc — We're Looking for Experienced Framers Who Can Hit the Ground Running
Golder Inc is looking for experienced wood framers to join our growing team across the Wasatch Front. We're not looking for apprentices or foremen—we're looking for solid, dependable framers who know the trade, work efficiently, and can step onto a jobsite with minimal supervision.
If you can read plans, frame accurately, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd like to talk with you.
Locations: Projects throughout the Wasatch Front (including Salt Lake, Davis, Utah, and Weber Counties)
Pay: $18–$30 per hour (DOE)

As an Experienced Wood Framer at Golder Inc, you'll work on commercial framing projects throughout the Wasatch Front. You'll be expected to work independently, stay productive, and contribute to a crew without needing constant direction.
This position is ideal for someone who already knows framing and wants steady work with opportunities to continue growing.
What You'll Be Doing- Perform residential and commercial wood framing
- Read and interpret blueprints and framing layouts
- Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials accurately
- Layout walls, floors, and roofs with minimal supervision
- Work safely while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship
- Help keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- 2+ years of hands-on wood framing experience (or equivalent skill level)
- Ability to read blueprints and framing layouts
- Strong understanding of framing methods and construction practices
- Comfortable working independently or alongside a crew
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience with and commercial framing
- Ability to train or mentor less experienced framers
- Forklift, telehandler, or aerial lift experience
- OSHA certification or other safety training
