Driver must be 26 or older with a clean driving record. The driver is responsible for safely transporting scheduled parts for pickup and delivery, unloading and loading company vehicles, securing loads to prevent damage, and maintaining timely delivery schedules. Pay can be negotiable based on an individual's level of experience. Must have a medical card and a clean driving record, along with an MVR provided report.
Powder Coating Assistant supports the powder coating team in preparing, coating, and finishing metal or other surfaces. This role involves material handling, surface preparation, masking, hanging parts, and assisting in the operation of powder coating equipment. The assistant ensures all components meet quality and safety standards while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PREP
- Prepare parts for powder coating, i.e., cleaning, sanding, masking parts, etc.
- Hang and remove parts from racking systems along with loading and unloading from the oven with safety cautions.
- Maintain clear communication to the team when inspecting finished parts for quality purposes.
- Proper labeling, workstation cleanliness, and organization.
- Managing day-to-day assigned tasks.
- Adaptability.
- Establishing and managing workflows.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and inspect the vehicle regularly.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipment loaded on trucks.
- Communicate with the GM shipments and Foreman for any delayed deliveries.
- Keeping accurate vehicle records.
- Managing day-to-day assigned tasks.
- Adaptability from driving to floor needs.

- Follow proper safety procedures and guidelines including steel toe shoes.
Education and Experience
- High school degree or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and medical card.
- Pre‑employment drug screening and random DOT testing required.
The position requires qualified individuals to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly). The employee must also lift, sit, and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds.
- Must be able to function effectively in a loud, fast‑paced working environment.
- Must report to work unimpaired.
- Must report to the warehouse Monday‑Friday 6:30 AM‑3:00 PM.
