Box Loader/Unloader – Weekend Day Shift | West Jordan, UT

As a Box Loader/Unloader, you will play an important role in the movement of freight by loading, unloading, scanning, and organizing packages while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.

Loading Operations

• Load packages from conveyor belts into trailers by hand.
• Scan freight using handheld scanning devices.
• Move cages and freight containers between work areas.
• Ensure trailers are loaded efficiently and securely.

Unloading Operations

• Unload packages from inbound trailers onto conveyor systems.
• Scan and sort freight into assigned cages and staging locations.
• Maintain a consistent pace while meeting quality and safety expectations.

• Performance‑based compensation.
• Paid by trailer and case volume.
• Typical earnings range from $16–$25 per hour.
• Top‑performing employees can earn $25–$35 per hour.
• Earnings increase with productivity and efficiency.

• Weekend Day Shift
• Friday through Sunday
• 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Three 12‑hour shifts per week
• Additional weekday shifts may be available based on business needs

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing physical labor throughout the shift.
• Dependable transportation required.
