Box Loader/Unloader – West Jordan, UT (Weekend Shift)

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring reliable, motivated individuals for full-time Box Loader/Unloader positions at our West Jordan facility. This role is a great fit for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, and are motivated by performance‑based earnings.

As a Box Loader/Unloader, you will help ensure freight is moved safely, accurately, and efficiently by loading and unloading trailers while meeting productivity and quality standards.

• Manually load boxes from conveyor belts into trailers.

• Scan packages with handheld devices before loading.

• Move cages between trailers and designated staging areas.

• Arrange freight to maximize trailer space and maintain load stability.

• Remove boxes from trailers and place them onto conveyor systems.

• Scan and sort packages into the appropriate cages.

• Maintain a high level of productivity while following safety procedures.

• Performance-based pay per trailer and per case handled.

• Average hourly earnings range from $16–$25

• High-performing employees can earn $25–$35 per hour

• Weekend Shift: Friday through Sunday

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Three 12-hour shifts each week.

• Additional weekday hours may be available depending on operational needs.

• Excellent attendance and dependable punctuality.

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 5–50 pounds
