Freight Breakers is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands‑on Warehouse Lead to join our growing operations team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team of 15–30 associates, coordinate trailer flow, and work alongside Supervisors to ensure operational success. This is a working leadership role—not a desk position. You’ll spend your shift on the warehouse floor coaching employees, solving problems, and keeping operations moving efficiently.

• Lead and motivate a team of 15–30 warehouse associates.
• Coordinate unloading, loading, pallet breakdown, staging, and overall warehouse operations.
• Assign work based on operational priorities and labor needs.
• Maintain steady workflow throughout the shift.
• Identify bottlenecks and adjust staffing to maximize productivity.
• Support Supervisors with real‑time operational updates and labor planning.
• Rotate between work areas as business demands change.

• Monitor employee productivity and workflow throughout the shift.
• Coach associates to improve quality, safety, and Cases Per Hour (CPH).
• Track trailer progress and production goals.
• Report staffing levels, completed work, and operational concerns.
• Assist in achieving daily customer and company performance goals.

• Enforce all warehouse safety procedures.
• Promote proper lifting techniques and safe unloading practices.
• Ensure safe operation of pallet jacks and dock equipment.
• Immediately address unsafe behaviours or hazardous conditions.
• Conduct daily housekeeping to maintain a clean, organised work environment.

• Clearly communicate expectations and production goals to team members.
• Maintain professional communication with Supervisors and Site Management.
• Escalate operational concerns through the proper chain of command.
• Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

• Previous warehouse leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a fast‑paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and productivity metrics.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a rapidly changing environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and work throughout a 12‑hour shift.
• Must be authorised to work in the United States.

• Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, Shift Lead, Supervisor, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Loading and unloading trailers.
• Distribution centre, logistics, freight handling, or fulfilment operations.
• Knowledge of productivity metrics such as Cases Per Hour (CPH).
• Experience maintaining safety and quality standards.
