We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented
full-time Warehouse Associate
to join our team. Our office & warehouse is located in West Jordan, Utah. This position supports daily warehouse operations by receiving and organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, maintaining a clean warehouse & yard, and helping ensure product is handled accurately and efficiently.
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in staying organized, working independently, and being a reliable member of a small team. Experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities- Receive incoming shipments; inspect, count, label, and put away inventory accurately
- Pull, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery
- Maintain organized shelves, bins, and warehouse areas
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and resolving discrepancies
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe at all times
- Use basic computer, tablet, or barcode-scanning systems to track inventory and orders
- Assist with occasional deliveries or pickups, as needed
- Communicate with office staff and team members regarding order status, inventory, and priorities
- Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
- Ability to follow directions, work independently, and pay close attention to detail
- Comfortable lifting, moving, and organizing warehouse materials; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Basic math and computer skills
- Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, forklift, or delivery experience is a plus
- Valid Utah driver license and clean driving record preferred, if occasional delivery or pickup will be part of the role
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Full-Time

Monday thru Friday (7:30am-4:30pm)
