Order Puller

NCW is seeking an Order Puller to support warehouse operations for clients in professional, scientific, and technical services. In this role, you will accurately pick and pull orders using pick lists or RF scanners, stage products for shipment, and assist with inventory counts and cycle checks. You'll load and unload materials, inspect products for damage, and follow safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pull customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners
• Stage, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Load and unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
• Inspect products and packaging for accuracy and damage
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet productivity goals
• Use basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
