Bar Staff Seamill Hydro Hotel & Resort Part Time

We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly Bar Staff to join our restaurant team at Seamill Hydro Hotel & Resort. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent bar service to our restaurant guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest receives a great experience.

As part of the award-winning, family-owned RAD Hotel Group, Seamill Hydro offers a busy and varied hospitality environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to support weddings, private celebrations and other functions when required, giving you the chance to gain experience across different areas of the hotel.

• Provide friendly, professional bar service to restaurant and hotel guests.
• Prepare and serve a range of beverages including cocktails, Champagne, wine, beer, spirits, tea and coffee.
• Maintain high standards of drink preparation, presentation and service.
• Confidently engage with guests, using your menu and drinks knowledge to make recommendations where appropriate.
• Keep the bar area clean, organised and fully stocked throughout service.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Support weddings, functions and events when required.
• Assist with bar setup, preparation and close-down procedures.
• Help maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

• Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly, confident and professional when interacting with guests.
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Must be 18 years old or over.
